Makes 8-10 Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of Hemp Hearts
1/3 Unsweetened Dried Cranberries
Small pinch of salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
Method:
Add both ingredients to a food processor and blend until buttery and sticky.
Roll into balls. Roll in hemp hearts to garnish.
Safe in fridge for a week.

HOW TO
One of the simplest and fastest chocolate recipes known to man. Essentially its oil, sweetener, cacao and spices. You can use a shallow dish or if you have moulds then
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 Tablespoons of raw cacao powder
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seed oil
- 1 teaspoon Storm and India Matcha Powder
- 2 Tablespoons sweetener (coconut sugar, agar, honey)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or paste (avoid liquid extract on this or it may not set)
- Pinch of salt
Optional:
- Spices, a pinch of cinnamon, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, coffee
- Edible essential oils (peppermint, orange, lavender)
- Hemp Seeds
- Hemp protein
Melt coconut oil, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a shallow dish or chocolate moulds. Pop in the fridge or freezer. When coconut oil solidifies, it is ready.

1/4 cup hemp milk (1 tablespoon hemp seed + 1/4 cup water - blend)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup

¾-1 cup of gluten free flour of your choice

]]>Mix this all in a blender to a chunky mixture then spread on a silicon sheet that fits your dehydrator OR use baking paper. One 20 cm pizza per tray.
Blend all together then spread evenly over the pizza base. Top with sliced onions and mushrooms.
Dehydrate at 37 degrees for about 12 hours then check. Keep dehydrating until there are no wet spots on the base but still a bit flexible.
