How long is your delivery time?

Orders placed before 12pm should be delivered in 1-2 days, orders placed after 12pm should be delivered in 2-3 days except for South Island and rural deliveries which may take 3-4 days.

International orders can vary between 5-10 days depending on their location and the Customs situation for that country.

It's been a few days and my order hasn't arrived. Can I track my order?

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes we deliver to PO Boxes

Can I deliver to my workplace?

Yes, but please include the business name in the shipping address.

Rural Delivery. When should I expect my order?

You should expect rural deliveries to take 2-3 days from order processing.

Do you process orders on the weekend?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you order something over the weekend, they will be processed Monday. We do not process orders on public holidays. They will be processed on the next working day.

I placed more than one order. Will they be shipped separately?

If the orders were placed before 12pm on the same day, the orders will be shipped together.

What is your policy around damaged, lost or missing orders?

Our policy is to first locate the order in the courier system and assist with any delivery issues. Lost or missing orders will then be replaced if the delivery issue can not be resolved. Damaged orders will be replaced.

Return Policy:

We guarantee the highest quality of all our products and strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will be entitled to a refund or return based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by Plant Culture and the buyer is unsatisfied, Plant Culture is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
