Banana Hemp Smoothie Recipe

The Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk of your choice. 
  • 1 medium banana (optionally frozen. Peel and freeze ripe)
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seed oil
  • 3 tablespoons hemp protein powder, or both
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon - Cassia cinnamon is best
  • Dates (soaked preferably) 

The Add-ons

  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 serving green superfood powder
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • Coconut desiccated or flakes
  • Ground linseed
  • Mint leaf

To Serve

Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached. Top with sprinkle of coconut, linseed and a few frozen berries. Finish with a mint leaf whole or cut (slap it to release the essential oils)
