Super Green Hemp Smoothie

Pick your greens fresh and wild. Eat hemp seed.
Hemp seed protein is packed full of amino acids, minerals, vitamins, omegas and enzymes. When you eat hemp raw you are getting the ultimate nutrition, especially the essential fatty acids, omega 3,6 and 9.

Wild plants contain anywhere from 5 - 20 times more nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phyto-chemicals, and enzymes than cultivated veggies. Ingredients: 
3 Tablespoons Plant Culture Hemp Seed Protein 
1 teaspoon Hemp Seed Oil 
A handful freshly picked spinach, kale or wild greens 
1 frozen banana (Tip: peel, cut and freeze bananas for instant cold smoothie) 
1/2 avocado 
250-350ml alkaline structured mineral water 
1 Tablespoon lemon juice (any citrus juice works)
1 teaspoon ashwaganda
2-5 Fresh Mint leaves 
If you need sweetener add a couple dates to your taste. 
Method: 
Add all ingredients with love into high powered blender and whiz for 20 seconds or more. 

Creatively garnish with any superfood. Chia, coconut chips and nasturtium flowers (high in Vit. C).
